Sms2Book (“Sms2Book”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the Sms2Book platform, including our websites, booking pages, and SMS messaging services.
Sms2Book is a booking and messaging platform that helps independent businesses and service providers (“Operators”) manage appointments and communicate with their customers through SMS and online booking tools.
When you book an appointment through Sms2Book, the Operator is responsible for the services they provide and for obtaining any required customer consent. Sms2Book processes customer information on the Operator’s behalf solely to provide appointment scheduling, messaging, payment, and related platform services.

Sms2Book enables Operators to communicate with their customers through SMS.
An Operator may share their dedicated Sms2Book phone number with you in various ways, including in person, on business cards, on their website, through social media, or by displaying a QR code. Viewing or scanning a phone number or QR code alone does not enroll you in SMS messages.
You may consent to receive SMS messages from an Operator through one of the following methods:
By opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your appointments with that Operator.
These messages may include:
Transactional appointment messages are separate from promotional messages.
You will not receive promotional or marketing SMS messages unless you separately and expressly opt in, such as by selecting the promotional messages checkbox on an Operator’s booking page.
Operators may send promotional messages only to customers who have separately opted in. Promotional messaging is limited to no more than two (2) SMS messages per calendar month per Operator.
Consent to receive appointment-related messages does not automatically enroll you in promotional or marketing messages.
Transactional message frequency varies based on your booking activity, including appointment requests, confirmations, reminders, cancellations, rescheduling, and payment notifications.
Promotional messages, if you have separately opted in, are limited to a maximum of two (2) messages per calendar month per Operator.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that Operator unless you opt in again.

Operators may choose to connect their Google Calendar to Sms2Book. If you authorize this connection, Sms2Book accesses your Google Calendar only to identify busy times and automatically block those times from being offered as appointment slots, helping prevent double bookings.
Google Calendar data is used solely to provide this scheduling functionality. It is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, analytics unrelated to scheduling, or any other secondary purpose. Customers never have access to your personal Google Calendar events. You may disconnect your Google Calendar at any time.
Sms2Book uses artificial intelligence to interpret customer SMS booking requests. Google Calendar data obtained through Google APIs is never sent to our AI provider and is not used to train or improve artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
Sms2Book’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to:
