By accessing or using Sms2Book (“Sms2Book”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including our website, booking pages, or SMS messaging services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Sms2Book is an AI-powered appointment booking and messaging platform that helps independent businesses and service providers (“Operators”) manage appointments and communicate with their customers.
You may use Sms2Book to request, schedule, manage, or pay for services offered by an Operator. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform only for lawful purposes.
Sms2Book provides messaging and booking technology on behalf of independent Operators. SMS messages are sent on behalf of the Operator with whom you are booking or communicating.
You may consent to receive SMS messages from an Operator through one of the following methods:
Viewing a phone number, business card, website, social media page, or QR code alone does not enroll you in SMS messaging.
By opting in, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to your appointments and interactions with the Operator.
These messages may include:
Promotional or marketing SMS messages are sent only after you provide separate, explicit consent, such as by selecting the promotional messages checkbox during the booking process.
Consent to receive appointment-related messages does not automatically enroll you in promotional messaging.
Operators may send promotional messages only to customers who have separately opted in. Promotional messaging is limited to no more than two (2) SMS messages per calendar month per Operator.
Transactional message frequency varies depending on your appointment activity, including booking requests, confirmations, reminders, cancellations, rescheduling, payment notifications, and customer support.
If you have separately opted in to promotional messaging, you may receive up to two (2) promotional SMS messages per calendar month from the Operator.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that Operator unless you opt in again.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Each Operator independently manages their availability, pricing, cancellation policies, and services.
If you need to cancel, reschedule, or have questions about an appointment, you should contact the Operator directly.
Any deposits or payments are subject to the Operator’s policies.
Sms2Book provides the technology platform that enables Operators to communicate with their customers and manage bookings.
Operators are independently owned and operated businesses and are solely responsible for the services they provide, including appointment availability, pricing, quality of service, cancellations, refunds, and customer interactions.
Sms2Book is not responsible for disputes or issues arising from services provided by an Operator.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Sms2Book after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
